If you see a painting you like, feel free to make an order, either an original or a printed copy. However, you may want something more personal, meaningful and relevant to you. Be different at Christmas or on birthdays this year! We all have a photo, an image, that holds fond memories, a highly personal image that takes us back to a certain time or place. A beloved family member, a beach that has a very special meaning, or an attractive landscape that lifts your spirits, why not capture that image in an original oil painting?
To encapsulate your precious memory in a stunning work of art, all you need do is send me a digital photo and I will send you a quote. If you accept it, I will ask you to advance me 20% of the amount to cover the cost of the canvas and other materials, and within a maximum of 15 days after you pay me this first amount, you will have your finished painting!
When the painting is completed, I will send you a high definition photo so that you can review the work and request any modifications you want. When you are fully satisfied with the finished work, you pay me the rest of the outstanding amount, and I will promptly send you the work and the invoice.
If you liked the original but it has sold, not to worry. You can buy a limited edition printed copy on top quality canvas or paper.
If you are lucky enough to be on the island of Gran Canaria, then head to Agaete and Puerto de las Nieves. At Salsamora Boutique, all my latest works can be viewed first hand. There are usually around 10 paintings on show at this wonderful site, which is both a craft shop and bar terrace. So, why not pop in, sip on your favourite tipple and check out my latest artwork. What a great combination!
As a professional artist, I love what I do, and I hope this is reflected in my work. I strive to make my paintings as realistic as possible, so that you take a step back and admire the considerable and painstaking effort that has gone into each painting. I love every stage of the painting process, from setting out the composition, blocking in the first layer, then gradually modelling and detailing until the work is complete. I am keen to share my art with you, so please do not hesitate if you are interested in a piece on display here or if you would like a customised painting for yourself. I specialise in anything! LOL :-)
